利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Honda Lab（以下「運営者」）が提供する投稿管理ツール「AffiliateAutoPost」およびそのTikTok・Instagram・Facebook・Threads・YouTube等との連携機能（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、利用者が自ら制作した、または利用する権利を持つ動画・画像・文章を、利用者が認可した各SNSアカウントへ投稿・予約投稿するためのツールです。本サービスは、各SNSが公式に提供するAPIを使用します。

第2条（アカウント連携）

利用者は、各SNSのログイン画面で権限を許可することで、本サービスとアカウントを連携できます。
利用者は、本サービスの設定画面または各SNSのアプリ設定から、いつでも連携を解除できます。

第3条（利用者の責任）

利用者は、投稿するコンテンツについて必要な権利を持っていることを保証し、その内容に責任を負います。
利用者は、TikTok、Meta、Google（YouTube）等の各プラットフォームの利用規約、コミュニティガイドライン、ブランドコンテンツポリシーを遵守します。
アフィリエイトリンクや広告を含む投稿には、景品表示法その他の法令に従い、「PR」等の広告表示を行います。

第4条（禁止事項）

法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為
スパム投稿、虚偽・誤解を招く表示、ステルスマーケティング
各プラットフォームのAPI利用制限を回避する行為、不正アクセス
他人のアカウントを本人の許可なく連携・操作する行為

第5条（サービスの変更・停止）

運営者は、各プラットフォームの仕様変更、保守、その他の事情により、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止することがあります。

第6条（免責事項）

運営者は、本サービスが常に正常に動作すること、投稿が必ず成功すること、および投稿によって特定の成果や収益が得られることを保証しません。
各プラットフォーム側の障害・仕様変更・アカウント制限によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。ただし、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除きます。

第7条（個人情報の取り扱い）

本サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

第8条（規約の変更）

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第9条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of "AffiliateAutoPost" and its integrations with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and other platforms (the "Service"), operated by Honda Lab (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service. The Service lets users upload, publish and schedule their own videos, images and text to social media accounts they have authorized, using each platform's official API.
Account connection. Users connect accounts by granting permission on each platform's authorization screen and may disconnect at any time from the Service or from the platform's app settings.
User responsibility. Users must own or have the rights to the content they post, and must comply with the terms, community guidelines and branded content policies of TikTok, Meta, Google (YouTube) and other platforms. Posts containing affiliate links or advertising must be clearly disclosed (e.g. "#PR").
Prohibited conduct. Illegal activity; infringing third-party rights; spam or misleading content; undisclosed advertising; circumventing API limits; operating accounts without the owner's permission.
Changes and suspension. The Operator may modify or suspend the Service at any time, including due to platform changes.
Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty that posts will always succeed or produce any particular result. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages caused by platform outages, changes or account restrictions.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
